It’s never been easier to find suppliers in today’s Internet age. However, this easy access has also opened up possibilities of sub-standard goods. Our Pre-Shipment Inspection Service can greatly reduce this risk for you, especially when quality standards are defined clearly by the client and an inspection is agreed in advance with the supplier.
ABSOLUTE FLEXIBILITY
Our Pre-Shipment Inspection (Also known as “Final Random Inspection” (FRI)) is provided both as an ad-hoc service as well as part of the One-Stop Sourcing Service. With pre-shipment inspection an Bliss inspector would visit the factory (or supplier’s warehouse) and physically inspect the goods after completion of at least 80% of the production (or 100% depending on client requirements).
OUR PROCESS
If used as part of the One-Stop Sourcing Service, we set up all the key inspection criteria including quantity, appearance of products, technical specifications, workmanship, production functions, colors, dimensions, weight, labeling & logos, packaging, and any other specific requirements as requested by client and then we translate these into Chinese so deal with the "Language Barrier", which leads to a lot of the QC issues. When used as an ad-hoc service, the client provides us with the QC Checklist. We then send our highly trained quality control inspectors who ensure that the goods conform to the standards set by the client. Inspectors use the latest testing methodologies & our intensive inspection experience ensures that defective or sub-standard products are spotted before you make the final payment to your supplier. We provide you with a full report in PDF Format with the inspection results.
