A: We mainly source suppliers from 1688.com, Canton Fair and various cross-border e-commerce exhibitions. We place orders online via 1688 and also sign formal offline purchase contracts with suppliers.
A: Our main customers are from Europe and the United States, most of them are online e-commerce sellers.
A: We do NOT support dropshipping for now. We focus on bulk purchasing and consolidated shipment. We have a warehouse in Ningbo and provide **free storage for up to 1 month**.
A: Simply send us product photos or links together with your target quantity. We will source suitable suppliers and prepare a detailed quotation sheet for you.
A: MOQ depends on different products. Many items support small trial orders. Some custom products require a higher MOQ. Please send us your product requirements for confirmation.
A: Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and freight cost will be quoted separately. Sample lead time is usually 3–7 working days. We will refund the sample cost when your bulk order reaches our agreed quantity.
A: Yes. We support OEM & ODM service, including custom logo, printing, custom color box, user manual and private packaging. Please send your design files.
A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). For regular customers, we can discuss other payment terms after cooperation.
A: It varies by product. Normally 2–15 working days after deposit and all details confirmed. We will inform you of the exact schedule before order confirmation.
A: We support Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), Air freight and Sea freight. We can suggest the best shipping solution based on your order volume, budget and delivery deadline.
A: Yes. We provide factory inspection and pre-shipment quality check. We will send photos and videos for your confirmation before shipment.
A: Yes, consolidation service is one of our main advantages. We collect different goods from different factories and ship together to save your freight cost.
A: We can help suppliers arrange CE, FCC, RoHS, food grade test reports and other certificates as required by your local market. Extra testing cost may apply.
A: Please contact us within 7 days after receiving goods. We will verify the issue with the factory and work out solutions such as rework, replacement or compensation according to our agreement.
A: We provide export customs clearance in China. Import customs clearance at destination is normally handled by your local freight forwarder. We can offer all required documents for import.
